Cannon, June, age 69, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. June retired from NCR with over 20 years of service and was a member of Parkview Church of the Nazarene in Kettering.
June is survived by her children: Ellen Newman & Eddie (Kim) Hall; step children: Chuck (June) Cannon, Kin (Steve) Cahill, Terry Cannon, Sherry (Clark) Griesheimer; siblings: Linda Dunaway, Jackie Brewer, Nancy (Ron) Wade, Lydia Donnell & James Mitchell & Sandy Isble; grandchildren: April & Autumn Newman, Tiffany Cassel; one great grandchild; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Cannon Sr.; father: Delbert Mitchell; and mother: Evelyn Mitchell Waltz.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, March 28, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Valley View Memory Gardens in Xenia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday morning from 9:30 A.M. until time of service.
