Julius Ross McNeil, age 75, of Piqua, OH passed away on October 3, 2019. Julius was born on February 4, 1944 in Chicago, IL. He was the son of Jake and Mary McNeil.

Julius worked as a construction and industrial worker for Harmony Systems and Service, Inc. He was a Christian and believed in his God and his faith.
