Julia Cole, age 95, of Dayton, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born February 19, 1920 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late Joseph and Susa Gedra.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Cole Sr., brothers, Joseph Gedra, Charles Gedra, Samual Gedra and Alex Gedra; sisters, Helen Shingledecker and Ann Orebaugh.
Julia is survived by her son, James E. Cole Jr.; granddaughter, Cheryl (Greg) Turner; grandsons, Michael (Misty) Cole, Chad (Bev) Cole and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until the time of the funeral at 6:30 pm on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424.
