Julia Boatman

Julia E. Boatman, age 55, of Fairborn, passed away June 23, 2021. She was born June 20, 1966 in Springfield, Ohio. Julia was preceded in death by her mother, Billie Rutherford; and brother, David Rutherford.

Julia is survived by her husband of 23 years, Perry Boatman; father, George Rutherford; children: Ashleigh Jones (Shane), Jessica Jones, Jeremy Jones (Sarah), J.P. Boatman (Christina) and Michele Johnson; grandchildren: Cayleigh, Shyla, Addi, Justice, Rylee, Shayden, Hayden, Shiann, Jr, Lucas, Isaac, Emily, Wyatt, Braylen, Kamarah, Kamyiah, Keagan, Jordy and Scarlett; sister, Kristy Marshall (Chris); nephew, Rick; niece, Maddie; her beloved dog, Maggie May; many other family members and friends.

Julia was a beautiful, kind, selfless woman who was loved by everyone. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. Julia was a caregiver, always taking care of others. She was a very independent woman who had a great sense of humor - she loved to laugh! She loved watching her grandchildren play sports and working in her garden. Julia was a member of South Fairborn Baptist Church.
