Judy A. Tarrence, age 76 of Riverside, passed away April 19, 2018 at Arbors of Springfield. She was born June 23, 1941 in Paden City, WV, the daughter of the late Dallas Tarrence and Susie (Dunham) Tarrence.
She retired from Standard Register in 2004 as a quality control technician. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and animals. Judy enjoyed gardening, frequenting Bob Evans Restaurant and keeping a watchful eye on her neighborhood in her retirement.
She is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Steve) Thompson; granddaughters: Amanda (David) Toller and Tabitha Thompson; great-granddaughter, Sydney Dennison; close friends: Donna Ransdell and Rita Hamilton; her hound dog, Daisy; and her buddy, Henry, the rooster.
Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Judy's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
