Judy S. Stewart

Judy Sharon (Berry) Stewart, 66, of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2010. Judy was born to the late Emmit and Josephine Berry, April 15, 1944. She was married to Henry Stewart and survived by four children: Paula Whitaker of Dayton, Vicky (Les) Rose of Jamestown, Michael (Melissa) Stewart of West Alexandria, and Brian (Bobbie) Stewart of Dayton. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; one sister, Penny Randall; three brothers, James Berry, Don Berry, and Carl Berry. She was preceded in death by one sister and five brothers. Judy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a former employee of the Dayton Public Schools for 18 years and a former member of the Burkhardt Community Recreation Center Mother's Club. As a testament to her strong willingness to always help others, she was an organ and tissue donor. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the American Lung Association.
