Judy Perkins, 54, of Urbana, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Hospice of Dayton after a very courageous fight with cancer.
She was born June 10, 1959 in Paintsville, Kentucky.
Judy was a 1977 graduate of Bethel High School and she attended Victory Christian Tabernacle in Vandalia.
Judy is survived by her husband of 30 years, Bill; daughters, Heather Perkins, Holly Perkins; grandchildren, Garrett McGinnis, Carstan Perkins, Darius McGinnis, Trenton McGinnis; mother, Junella Litteral; grandmother, Arlene Blair; sister, Joyce Foust; multiple aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Earl Litteral.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, Ohio, where funeral services will begin at 7 PM Thursday.
Visitation will continue at 6 PM Friday, March 7, 2014 at Magoffin County Funeral Home, 817 Parkway Dr. Salyersville, KY 41465.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday, March 8, 2014 at The New Life Worship Center, New Paintsville Rd, Highway 460, Salyersville, KY 41465.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Judy Perkins Memorial Fund at FifthThird Bank to offset medical expenses.
