Judy Mickey, 56, of Bellbrook, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 18, 2013 after a long battle with cancer.
She was a member of Valley View Church in Englewood. Judy was an employee of Delphi; and was an active volunteer in the Greene County community and at her church. Judy had a very big heart and loved serving people. Everyone she met loved her. Judy loved deeply, especially her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Avery McDaniel.
Judy is survived by her husband of 23 years, Frank; her daughter, Sarah; her mother, Beartleen Roberts; her 5 siblings, Bernard and JoAnn McDaniel, Berniece and Archie Griggs, Debbie and Jr Stephens, Ray and Villie McDaniel, Roberta and David Howard; many nieces and nephews; and her many special friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 12noon until 2:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. where a funeral service will follow at 2:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Judy's memory.
