Judy Fewell

Judy K. Fewell, nee Price, born April 17, 1944, in Madison, Indiana died September 10, 2024 in Hospice care in Dayton, Ohio. A memorial service will be held for her on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). The family will receive visitors an hour prior to the service. Judy would appreciate memorial donations made to her favorite charity, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Victor Monroe Price and Lucy Grace Price, and her brother, John Monroe Price.

Judy is survived by her husband of 56 years, Michael Fewell, whose incredible good fortune has been to be her lifelong partner. She is also survived by two daughters, Cynthia Sharp and Deborah Fewell; two granddaughters, Madeline Kaye Sharp and Emma Elizabeth Sharp; a sister, Jeanie Gossom; sisters-in-law, Diane Meyer and Nancy Sauer; nieces, Elizabeth Hartman, Laura Gossom and Sarah Popp and nephews, Jonathan Gossom, John Bradley Hartman and Robbie Price. 

Judy's primary career was to raise a family and she was entirely successful. In addition, she held several employment positions, most recently at Speedway Headquarters, Enon, Ohio. Her most cherished position was that of a pre-school teacher at the Enon Methodist Church.

Judy was also at various times an assistant soccer coach for each of her daughters, a band parent and a scout leader. She enjoyed the company of friends and social groups such as the Garden Club and church circles, and worked in church aid projects such as arranging meals for those in need. She supported many charities, but was partial to those for children and first responders.

Judy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister who is loved and will be dearly missed.
