COLLINS, Judy A., age 66 of West Carrollton passed away Monday, May 29, 2006 after a long illness. A devoted wife, mother and "Memaw," she is survived by her husband of 46 years, William; daughter, Vicki (Todd) Kennard of Waynesville; two loving granddaughters, Laura & Jenne; sister, Bev Hawes of Port Angeles, WA; and many loving nieces, nephews, brothers-and sisters-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland and Alma Stevenson of Kettering.
