Brodnick, Judy A.(Brest), age 73, of Old North Dayton, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church as well as the other churches in Old North Dayton. Judy was also a member of the Slovak Club, and a former member of East Dayton Club. She loved to be with her family, and to read, to do ceramics and puzzles. Judy also enjoyed baking and holiday cooking and was the "Cabbage Roll Queen".
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Elizabeth Brest, and 2 brothers, Dick Brest, and George Brest; and nephew, Jason Seaman.
Judy is survived by her husband and soul mate of 52 years, Paul Brodnick; son, Christopher(Donna) Brodnick; daughter, Kadee(Larry) Koester; 5 grandsons, Corwin, Shane, Bradee, Logan, and Brenden; 1 great grandson, Jason; her "adopted family" Brenda Profitt, Teresa(Brian) Fields, Bethany Barko, Joe Owens, Ty Hart, and Cindy Russell; brother, Paul "Red" (Joanie)Brest; sister, Patty Seaman(Chris Armentrout);nephew, David Seaman, and numerous other family and friends.
A special "Thank You" to the staff of Dayton Physicians Oncology/Hematology and Hospice of Dayton for the care and support given to Judy and her family.
