Judith Anne Tobias, age 70 of Port William, OH passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019 at her residence . She was born October 7, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Earl and Edna Skinner.
She is preceded in death by her parents,
Judith is survived by her sister, Terry L. (Roger D.) Stratton of Xenia, OH and brother, John Douglas Skinner. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations can be made in Judith's name to any Humane Society.
A private memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
