Judith Ann Oberding

Judith Ann Oberding, age 74 of Miamisburg, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 at Hospice after battling ovarian cancer for eight years. She was born on March 23, 1947 in Covington, Kentucky to the late John and Mary Mai. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years, Michael Oberding.

Judy is survived by her two sons, Eric (Shannon) Oberding and Aaron (Jaime) Oberding; six grandchildren, Blake, Aiden, Avery, Maya, Jace, and Jordyn; three siblings, Nancy, Frank, and Liz Mai; and her grandpuppies, Pixie and Nora. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

She was devoted to her faith and a proud member of Saint Henry Catholic Church. Judy was a kind and generous soul who dedicated over forty years to nursing, 37 of those at Miami Valley Hospital. She most enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, a good political debate, playing cards, and socializing with friends. Judy is deeply loved and will be missed by all those who knew her.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home located at 3940 Kettering Boulevard, Kettering Ohio 45439. Funeral Service will follow at 5:00 pm.
