Juanita Smith, age 92, passed away on October 11th, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Jerry L. Boise & her husband, Paul K. Smith.
She is survived by her children, Billie (Frank) DeBrosse, John (Gail) Boise, her grandchildren, Sandy DeBrosse, Tony (Carla) DeBrosse, Phillip (Michele) Jones, Sherri Mullenix, Jerry L. Boise Jr. & family, Jenny Boise, Keith Boise, Stephanie Boise, Katie Boise, Nicole Boise & their families, 15 great-grandchildren, & 3 great-great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff at Oak Creek Terrace & The Hospice of Dayton for all their wonderful care.
Visitation will be held on Wed. Oct. 16th at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a service immediately following at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
