Juanita Keene

KEENE, Juanita M., age 70, of Dayton, passed away Mon., Jan. 10, 2005 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband William Keene, Sr. Juanita is survived by 3 sons William Jr. & wife Phyllis, Davey and Kenneth & wife Sue; 2 daughters Angie Tolle & husband Tim and Lisa Peyton-Knipfer & husband Ron; 2 sisters Jenny Straton and Peggy France & husband Lloyd; 3 brothers Bill, Alvin and Jerry Carle; 13 grandchildren Summer, Farrah, Grace, Matt, Kiley, Todd, Chrissy, Derek, Ronnie, Axel, Maranda, Travis and Gracie; 5 great-grandchildren Deven, Trey, Jordan, Brian and Martez and a host of nieces and nephews. She was considered by many to be the "neighborhood mom" and was also a giving woman who will be greatly missed. Funeral services 2:30 P.M., Fri., Jan. 14, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Brother Duane Lintz officiating. Private interment will be Tuesday, Jan. 18 at Dayton National Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday for 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
