Juanita C. Ferree
Age 86, of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully Sunday, August 27, 2006 at Good Samaritan Village in Loveland, CO.

Juanita was born in Coxs Mills, W. VA. on July 24, 1919 to the late Farley & Mellie Swick. She married Robert F. Ferree and spent the next 32 years loving him and raising their five children until his death in 1975. She was also preceded in death by three of her children, Robert L. Ferree in 1972, Holly A. Noel in 1999, and Sandra J. Ferree in 2004.

She is survived by two daughters, Wanda & Glenn Cooper of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Wilma & Charles Clark of Vandalia, Ohio; three sisters, Mary Ethel Williams of Dayton, Ohio, Virginia & Pastor William Holmes of Hertford, N.C. and Carol & Harold Kelley of Clarksburg, W. VA.; and by two brothers, Farley & Ruby Swick, Jr. of Dayton, Ohio and Lester Gordon & Cecilia Swick of Flemmington, W. VA. She was a loving grandmother to six grandchildren, Nathan & Erin Rohrbach and their child, her great granddaughter, Hannah of Loveland, CO, Vanessa Rohrbach of Loveland, CO, James C. & Cindy Claxon of Camarillo, CA, Nick Clark of Dayton, Ohio, Mike Clark of Denver, CO, Audrey Noel of Loveland, Ohio, Mike Noel of Crystal Beach, FL.

She was happiest when she was with family and friends. She loved sewing, arts and crafts, quilting, was very involved and supportive as a mother her professional Roller Skating children for whom she made costumes, an active member of the church, and she found joy in being a wife, mother and homemaker. Juanita's strength and courage lives on in all the family and friends whose hearts and souls were touched by her in a very special way. The lasting memory we have of Juanita exemplifies the giving and caring way that we should all have for each other. She lived her life that way.

Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, Ohio. Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, North Dayton Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
