Mother Juanita Bush was born on November 29, 1923 to Emma and Charlie Coles in Tallahassee, Alabama. She gave her life to the Lord in 1954, and became an active member of "The Early Canaan Church of God in Christ". She was the Mother of the E.C.O.G.I.C. She served as a Missionary and President of the Women's Mission and Mother's Board. She also served as the First Lady of Sardis E.C.O.G.I.C.
Preceded in death by her parents, Emma and Charlie Coles, her husband, Pastor Collie Bush,her sons, Eugene and Andrew Bush, her daughter, Betty A. Perry, her sisters, Madeline, Ruby, Charlie M., Velma, Thelma, and her brothers, James and Mareil.
She leaves to cherish her memories, Clover Hutchinson, Emma L. Gordon, Mary Cook, Harvey Bush, Frances Norton, James Bush, Alma Kirk-Bryant, Derek Bush, Ronnie Bush of Atlanta, Mark Wells, Anthony Williams, and Franita Clay, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren all of Dayton, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
