Juan Rivera, age 90, formerly of Ponce, Puerto Rico, of Dayton, passed away May 26, 2019.
He was born March 20, 1929 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to the late Juan Rivera and Maria Millan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margarita, and his daughter, Iris Rivera.
He is survived by his daughter, Maria Rivera, daughter and son-in-law, Margie Rivera and Jose Orsini; grandsons, Michael Rivera, Ray Rivera, and Frank Rivera; 4 great- grandchildren, and 1 great-great- grandchild.
Graveside ceremony will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Avenue, Dayton, OH 45409 with Fr. Andrew Ankamah officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
