Age 56, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 23, 2008, at her home.
She was preceded in death by her father, John E. Brown; and by her sister, Peggy Kaye Brown.
Joyce is survived by her mother, Mary L. Brown; her husband, Gary L. McDonald; her first husband, Ronald J. Hartman; four children, Rhonda & Patrick Weaver, Nicki & Adam LaRiche, Jonathan & Brooke Hartman and Jason & Cheryl Hartman; one step-son, Travis & Kimberly McDonald; six grandchildren, Brenna & Sierra Weaver, Alex LaRiche, Christopher Diaz and Brianna Hartman, Andrew McDonald; three sisters, Sharon & Don Whitaker, Deb & Gary Henley and Shirley & Vernon Hartman; and by one brother, Larry Brown.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 5, 2008 at Crossroad Baptist Church, 9903 West National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Joyce to the American Arthritis Association.
