Joyce Juanita Gray
January 21, 1939 — June 25, 2023
Joyce Juanita (Farley) Gray, 84, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2023. She was born in Monterey, TN on January 21, 1939.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years James F. Gray; parents Tobie and Gladys Farley and two brothers Keith Farley and Sammie Farley.
Juanita is survived by her children James T. Gray and Kathy (Harold) Gray; siblings Marie (JB) Rittenberry, Larry (Barbara) Farley and Darlene (Larry) Smith; grandchildren Heather Nogle, Megan (Eric) Lauvray, Rachel (Zach) Zink and Andrew (Heather) Gray. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all.
Juanita spent her career working as a nurse's aid. She enjoyed gardening and quilting. Her favorite time was spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd) on Thursday June 29, 2023 at 12:00 pm with service to follow at 1:00 pm. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Beaver Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation in Juanita's memory to Hospice of Dayton (https://www.hospiceofdayton.org/donations/).
