Joy Banks, age 72, of Ludlow Falls, passed away on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023.
Joy was born in Dayton on May 30, 1951 to the late Herman & Charlene Smith.
She is survived by her brothers, Randy Smith and Danny (Brenda) Smith; nephews, Randy M. Smith and Robert Smith; and great-nephew, Liam Smith.
Joy was a selfless person who loved to take care of others. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
