WELLBROCK, Joseph F., 70, of Riverside passed away Tuesday April 1, 2008 at Wright Patterson AFB, Medical Center. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Genoveva Wellbrock; children: Margaretha E. (Hank) Bergmans, Joseph F. (Kathy) Wellbrock, Jr, William B. (Cecile) Wellbrock, Richard P. (Cheryl) Wellbrock, Mary L. (Pete) Grooms, Shirley A. (Andy) Waker, and Theresa Spence; 17 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sister Cathy (John) Cochran; brother Greg Geiger, of KY; his "big bubba and sissy" James and Donna Blair; his little Babe; numerous other family and friends, including Walt and Gilda Barton. Retired U.S. Air Force, Joe was a member of St. Helen Parish. A very special thank you to the men and women of the ICU unit for the excellent care they provided. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3180 Dayton-Xenia Rd. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:00AM Monday, April 7, 2008 at St. Helen Parish. Burial will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, TX along side his daughter Debra Lee Wellbrock. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St Helen Parish, 605 Granville Place.
