Joseph Richard Tullis, Jr.

Joseph Richard Tullis, Jr., age 68, of Huber Heights, passed away May 18, 2022. He was born December 7, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Joseph R. and Eunice Tullis. In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his sister, Catherine Curtis (Tom); father and mother-in-law: Fay and Shirley Leiter; and brother-in-law, Kim Leiter.

Joe is survived by his wife of 19 years, Penni Tullis; children: Joseph Richard Tullis, III (Elizabeth) and Amanda Moore Flowers (Jake); step-children: Warren Pack (Hillary) and Melinda Reid; sister-in-law, Robin East (Dwight); many grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Joe retired from Airtron Heating and Cooling after many years of service - he loved his work family very much. He was a member of the Ol' Fashun Rod and Gun Club, where he enjoyed camping, fishing and riding his golf cart. He loved his Corvette, spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren. Joe enjoyed grilling out and cooking meals at home.

Visitation will be held from 1-3 pm on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm.
