Joseph Wayne Shepherd, "Joey", age 20 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016. He was born May 31, 1996 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Darrell Shepherd and Stephanie Lara.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Stephanie Lara; sister, Sabrina Shepherd; Grandfather, "Dad", Ronnie Shepherd; great-grandfather, Solomon Shepherd.
Joey is survived by his father, Darrell (Jessica) Shepherd; grandmother, "Mom", Norma Shepherd; brother, Nicholas (Starla) Shepherd; three uncles, Jeffrey (Dawn) Hall, Scott (Stephanie) Hall, Brian (Jessy) Shepherd; aunt, Ronda Neal; nephew, Dakota Shepherd; great-grandmother, Jean Lightcap; special aunt, Irene Scott; as well as numerous cousins, family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Healing Word Assembly of God, 5303 S. Dixie Highway, Franklin, OH 45005.
