Joseph Michael Semons passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 26th, 2022 in Dayton Ohio at the age of 35. His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened.
Joe was born on July, 22 1987, to Robin Smith (Dixon) and William Semons in Dayton Ohio. He graduated from Stebbins High School and moved to Huber Heights Ohio with Wendy Stickle where they started and were raising their family.
Joe was a CDL driver for Rumpke where he had been employed for a number of years.
Joe's family meant more to him than anything else in the world, he was undyingly proud of Robert, Kylie and Wendy and always tried to encourage them in all endeavors. Anyone who knew Joe knew he was the most loving father and partner a family could ask for.
With Joe's passing he became an organ donor and there have been successful transplants of his heart, liver, both kidneys, both corinea (eyes) and numerous tissue recipients that are providing life changing gifts to others and his pancreas will be used for research purposes.
Joe was preceded in death by Arthur Glen Semons, Buella Semons (Hewitt) paternal grandparents and Raymond Dixon, Lilly Dora Dixon (Miller) maternal grandparents. He is survived by William Semons father, Robin Smith (Dixon) mother (Mike Smith), Wendy Stickle, Robert Semons, Kylie Semons (children), William Semons II (Katie), Jillian Semons, William Semons III (children), Kelli Smith, Michael Smith, Ashley Foutz (Smith), David Smith, Amber Cordell (Smith), James Smith and their spouses and children.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. A memorial service will follow at 5:00pm.
