Joseph Lee Raymond, Jr

Joseph Lee "Joe" Raymond, Jr., age 46 of Medway, passed away on October 16, 2018. Joe was born in Dayton to proud parents, Serena Gentry and Joseph Lee Raymond, Sr. He had a passion for racing and grew up watching his father and friends race stockcars. Joe was a skilled mechanic and loved to build and work with his hands. In his free time, he would work on model cars, RC cars, and watch races. He was loving and compassionate father, son, and friend. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Lee Raymond, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Doris Raymond; and uncle, Steven Raymond.

Joe leaves to cherish his memory, son, Steven Raymond; mother and step-father, Serena and Kenneth Gentry; long-time partner, Lisa Parsley; aunts and uncles, Carol (David) Owens, Joy (Eric) Petticrew, and Patti (Dennis) Magotto; and many other dear family and friends.

A memorial gathering honoring Joe's life will be held at Newcomer- North Chapel - on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 4pm-6pm

In lieu of flowers, Joe's family requests that donations be made in his memory to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Liver Foundation.
