Joseph Manning
November 14, 1948 — February 23, 2020
Joseph Patrick Manning of Kettering, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Kettering Hospital at the age of 71. He was born November 14, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his parents Roy Edward Manning and Bessie Louise Manning, paternal grandparents Edgar Manning and Armilda Manning, maternal grandparents Barnes Patrick and Emma Blanton Patrick.
Joe is survived by a host of beloved relatives, friends and special friend Mary Johnson (Beavercreek, Ohio), and best friend Jerry Belcher of Tazewell, TN.
Joe was a devoted member of Faith Baptist Church of Kettering, Ohio.
Joe had a lifelong career in construction and roofing industries beginning with Jayne's Sheet Metal and Roofing, Nationwide Roofing, MCM Group, Storm Liquidation Sales and JC Roofing Supply.
Joe will be fondly loved and remembered by family and friends as a respected business associate, loving son, cousin and best friend who loved his family and the Lord.
A visitation will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 10-11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Burial will take place later on Saturday at Flatwoods Cemetery in Woodsbend, Kentucky.
