Joseph M. Burks

BURKS, Joseph M., age 66, of Middletown, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2012. He was born April 14, 1946 in Montgomery, Alabama. Joseph worked at Middletown Hospital for many years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Burks; children, Joseph Burks, Chad Burks and Adrienne Burks; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; sisters, Bettie (Rodney) Carl, Juanita Burks, Viola (AL) Adjahoe and Christine Burks; brothers, Thomas Burks, Samuel Burks and Leonard Burks; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents, James and Orlean Burks; three brothers, James, Christopher and David Burks. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park Cemetery.
