Joseph Donald Horner, age 67 of Xenia, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014. He was born December 23, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Donald and Clemencia Horner. Joe retired from General Motors in 1998 after 30 years of service.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Paul Horner.
Joe is survived by his wife, Judy; three Sons, Joey (Pam) Horner, Jim (Jennifer) Horner, and Josh Horner; four grandchildren, Brittany, Ashley, Peyton, and Ashton; two great grandchildren, Logan and Kohen; a sister, Linda Rafferty; and a brother, Edward "Skip" Horner. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday October 8, 2014 at 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home. Please visit www.newcomerdayton.com to share a memory in the family guest book.
