Joseph Russell Dotson

Joseph R. Dotson born on December 19, 1954 passed away on July 25, 2021. Preceded in death by his parents Russell and Faye Dotson. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Susie Dotson. Also surviving Aunt Mary and numerous cousins on the Dotson side. He has numerous sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law on the Lee side, as well as nieces and nephews. He is finally at peace after battling several diseases. He put up a good fight and did his best to stretch out his time on earth. He loved to play his banjo, mow grass, loved to eat vanilla frostys. He always smiled and loved to laugh. Enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds baseball. He will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be Monday August 2, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Newcomer - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). He will be laid to rest at a graveside service at 12:30 pm at Byron Cemetery following the visitation.
