Joseph B. Mullins

MULLINS, Joseph B., age 70, passed away Sunday, September 30, 2007. He is preceded in death by his parents, William H. & Icyphine Mullins; sisters, Anne Mullins and Sharon Hayes, and brother, Gene Mullins. Joe is survived by his devoted wife, Shirley; son, Joe; sisters, Sue Crago, Ramona Romines; brother, William Mullins; grandchildren, Brian, Michael, Kristin Mullins; 5 great granddaughters, Allie, Crystalyn, Kylie, McKenzie, and Alexis Mullins, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years of distinguished service. He also retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base after 22 years of civil service. Joe belonged to the Scottish Rites of Dayton, the Blue Lodge of Les Cheneaux, MI, and Eastern Star of West Carrollton. Funeral services will be 10:30am Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Yellow Ribbon Support Center, 700 S.
