Jordyn Matthew Elzey, born September 7, 2012 to Nicol Elzey and Gage Stephens, passed away just a couple of hours later.
In addition to his mother and father, Jordyn is survived by his brother, Jaiden Thomas Elzey – Weese; grandparents: Cynthia Elzey, Christopher Moore, Charlotte Stephens, John Weese, Nikola Weese; aunts and uncles: Tess Stephens, Jessica Spears, Jessica Edwards, Morgan Weese, Carley Weese, Dustin Elzey, Tera Elzey, Diana Pfarrer and Chyanne Wise; cousin, Brayden Baker; many other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 4:00 – 5:00 pm.
