HOWZE, Jordan, age 79, of Huber Heights, passed away Tues., March 27, 2007 at Englewood Manor. He is survived by his wife Rosaline; 1 son Richard Ducksworth; 1 daughter Lisa Howze; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 7 brothers and sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members. Jordan retired form the U.S. Air Force after 28 years of service and also had retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 10 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Yellow Springs, where he served as a deacon. Eastern Star and funeral services 12 Noon, Sat., March 31, 2007 at the First Baptist Church, 600 Dayton St., Yellow Springs. Pastor Vurn Mullins officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 A.M. - 12 Noon prior to the service at church. The family will receive friends from 11:30 A.M. - 12 Noon on Saturday.
