Age 76, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at Grandview Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Edith Flannary.
Johnny is survived by her husband of more than 50 years, Leroy Crutcher; two daughters, Gina (Gary) Madden and Jeryl (Wayne) Laux; one son, Donald (Anna) Crutcher; three grandchildren, Carrie (& her fiancé, Bradley), Katie (& her fiancé, Jason) and Casie; one great grandson, Hunter, due to be born in the Spring of 2010; one sister, Thelma Jean Crutcher; two special nephews, Steve & Mark Crutcher; and by her extended family & many good friends.
Johnny was a member of Faith Baptist Church and retired from Esther Price Candies with 32 years of service.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors, nurses & staff at Grandview Hospital ICU unit.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Newcomer, North Chapel in charge of arrangements.
