Johnny Crum

John Lee Crum, 71, passed from this life Sunday December 22, 2013. Born in Paintsville, KY he was the son of Mrs. Buna (Waller) Crum and the late Marda Crum. John was a retired supervisor for the Chrysler Corp Parts & Supplies Division in Dayton, OH. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the American Legion and the Dayton Masonic Lodge.

He was predeceased by his wife, Bessie Crum. John leaves his mother, Buna of Summerfield, daughter, Dedrie Schromm and granddaughter, Natalie of Waiblingen, Germany, three step-children, Tamra Brunnel, David and Billy Henson, two sisters, Janice Lowe, Summerfield, Joyce Stanaford, The Villages, a brother, Ronald Crum, Summerfield.

The family will receive relatives and friends at a Gathering celebrating John's life to be held on Friday, January 3, 2014 at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH from 1 – 3 p.m. Burial will be held at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery, Fairfield Rd., Beavercreek, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
