John Williams

WILLIAMS, John, age 88, of Beavercreek, OH, and formerly of Jackhorn, KY, died Wednesday, May 30, 2007. He was born December 10, 1918 in Little Toms Creek, VA, the son of the late Steve and Lury (Dotson) Williams. He was a member of the United Mine Workers Union and a former Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Williams; 2 sisters and 2 brothers. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, June 1, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH, 45432) and Sunday, June 3, 2007 from 3-8 p.m. at Estes Funeral Home (High at Second St., Coeburn, VA, 24230). Funeral services will be held Monday, June 4, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Estes Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Little Tom Cemetery in Coeburn, VA.
