John Wheeler

WHEELER, John L., 64, of Dayton Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2008. He is preceded in death by his parents Victor and Pearl Wheeler; brothers Paul, Zane, and Jimmy; and sister Martha Lou. John is survived by his wife of 39 years, Jane Wheeler; children John (Julie) Wheeler, Jeff (Amanda) Wheeler, and Jenni (Ben) Arnett; grandchildren Darien, Jonathan, Jacob, Jayde, Aidan, Gavin, and Lincoln; brother Victor; sisters Pat, Velda Pearl, Cynthia, and Peggy; many other family and friends. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army with service during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed spending time with family, golfing and playing tennis. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM Monday March 17, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Dayton Memorial Park.
