John Emery Watson Jr.

John Emery Watson Jr., age 60, of Dayton, passed away April 12, 2021. John was born in on September 23, 1960 in Landstuhl, Germany, son of the late John Emery Watson and Johnnie Mae (Morgan) Watson.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Antoinette Watson; daughters, Aeisha (Zachary) Fuentes and Dyneka (Kevin) Stewart; grandchildren, Kai Stewart, Kyomi Stewart, Eli McCloud, Theodore McCloud, Malcolm McCloud and Israel Tate; siblings, Eileen Watson-Darden, Carolyn Watson, Cynthia Watson, Sandra Watson-Barto, Gwen Watson-Tate, and Anthony Watson; and many other loving family and friends.
John retired from H. R. Ewell Trucking Company, where he worked for 27 years. In his free time, he enjoyed watching football, especially the Bengals, listening to Jazz and spending time with his grandchildren and his brother, Anthony. Jr. was full of life and always laughing, brightening everyone's day with a joke.
A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, April 17th, 2021, at 1pm, at Aspire Church, 51 Best St., Dayton, OH 45405.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Newcomer Funeral Home towards funeral expenses, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH.
