John William Watkins

John William Watkins, age 82, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on June 27, 2023. He was born in Gilmer County, GA, to the late Henry and Glenna Watkins. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his siblings: Geraldine Carter, Myrt Watkins, James Watkins, and Eddie Watkins; and his son, Jeff Watkins.

John is survived by his children: Robin Sizemore and Justin (Krista) Watkins; daughter in law: Tammy Watkins; grandchildren: Alec (Kelsey) Watkins, John (Heather) Sizemore, Kyra Watkins, Griffin Watkins, Bree Watkins, and Nichole Watkins; great grandchildren: Everett, Oliver, Aria, and Brantly; sister in law: Jackie Watkins; nieces and nephews: Debra (David) Clackum, James (Ann) Watkins, Mark (Pam) Carter, Gena (Andy) Jenkins, Mandy (Scott) Conti, Eric (Julie) Watkins and Shane (Deanna) Dabry; Kelly (Mark) Strickland; and many other family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 4953 Hamlin Dr., Dayton, Ohio, 45414.
