John Jemison Stallard, 69, passed away peacefully on December 13th, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital. When he passed, he was surrounded by his family at his bedside. He was born and raised in Northridge, Ohio by his late parents, John and Louise Stallard.
John graduated from Northridge High School in 1972. Growing up, John played high school baseball and basketball. He was a superior athlete, and was later invited to try out for the Philadelphia Phillies. After graduating High School, John married Belinda Elam and they began their life together. John worked for Protective Treatments/ Eftech North America where he created automotive sealants and soundproofing products before retiring in 2008. While in his position, he also served as the Union Shop Chairman. Later in life, he returned to school and obtained his Associate's Degree from Sinclair Community College in Accounting. After graduating from college, John took a part time job as a tax accountant at Essex and Associates, where he retired again in 2016. John was self-proclaimed as "The Man Who Knows Too Much" which was the title of his autobiography. In his book, he described his family as his greatest life accomplishment.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Louise Stallard, his sisters; Jo Bell, Ellen Drapkin, Ginny Stallard, and in-laws Joseph Elam, Larry Bruce Elam, and Debbie Stallard. He is survived by his wife, Belinda Stallard of 46 years, 2 children; John (Cheryl) Stallard and Carrie (John) Adazzio, 8 grandchildren; Sam (Chris) Dillon, Hannah (Evan) Glover, Alex Stallard, Makayla Stallard, Nolan Lawson, Dylan Lawson, Emma Stallard, and Elizabeth Stallard, great-grandchild; Beckham Glover, sister; Mary Alice (Bill) Yund, brother; Warren Stallard, and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Memorial services will immediately follow at 3:00pm.
Please gather with us at the American Legion Post #707, 200 W National Road, Englewood, OH, 45322, immediately following the memorial service, for food and remembrance.
John's service will be livestreamed at the scheduled service time.
