John D. Rockwell

John D. Rockwell, age 58 of Dayton, passed away Friday, January 29, 2021 from complications due to Cancer at Soin Medical Center. He was born March 14, 1962 in Sciota County, Ohio the son of the late John and Patricia (Crawford) Rockwell.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by nephew, David Isaac Rockwell.
John is survived by his daughter, Tara (Anthony) Davis; son, Ryan (Nadine) Finn; grandchildren, Camden and Summer Davis, Ellie and Kellen Finn; siblings, Joseph Rockwell, Rachel Abraham and Tonya Rockwell; half-sisters, Johnna and Tina Rockwell; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
John enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He worked various jobs over the years in construction where he was a Sheet Metal Foreman. John also worked at Bob Evans for many years.
Visitation will be February 6, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424 where a memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm.
