John Allen Rader, age 77 of Cedarville, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023. He was born July 10, 1946 in Springfield, Ohio, the son of the late John C. and Norma Rader nee Brinkley.
John retired from Antioch College after 40+ years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing and watching the horse races. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan. More than anything, John loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Linda Sue Rader nee Waller; sister, Bonnie Jean Senter; and in-laws, Jim & Bernice Waller.
John is survived by his children, Brian (Dawn) Rader and Rhonda (Keith) Turner; grandchildren, Justin (Kelsey) Rader, Bret (Landon) Rader-Watts, Hunter (Skyler) Nier, Anthony Turner, Steven Turner and Krysha Turner; great grandchildren, Sawyer Grace and Parker Lynn; brother, Randy (Martha) Rader; sister, Terry Eby and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Diabetes Association in John's honor.
A Graveside Service will be held privately for the family.
