John R. Hill, age 63 of Kettering, passed away November 24, 2014. He was born October 4, 1951 in Tulsa, OK to John M. and Phola Hill. John was preceded in death by sisters: Nancy K. Hill and Beverly Smith.
In addition to his parents, John is survived by his wife of nearly 43 years, Bonnie Hill; children: David (Sarah) Hill, Shane (Nancy E.) Hill and Nancy (Chad) Marsh; grandchildren: Zack, Dylan, Kaity, Sarah, Alyssa, Amelia, Ben, Luke and Colin; brother, Geoff (Debbie) Hill; sisters: Liz (Bruce) Walls, Susan (Paul) Crouse and Jeanita (Jeff) Vinson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at The Gathering, 8911 Yankee Street, Centerville. Pastor David Rudd officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's memory to The Hospice of Dayton.
