John William Penick, 66, of Dayton, passed away April 29, 2017. John was born in Waynesville, Missouri on February 19, 1951 to the late Marion and Mattie Penick. John worked 40 years for the Boston Stoker. In his free time he enjoyed Bonsai trees and Asian cuisine.
He is survived by his sons, Paul (Vanessa) Penick, Chris Penick; brothers, Mark (Christine) Penick, Dan (Lynn) Penick, Timothy (Billie) Penick; and sisters, Robin (Timothy) Hamann, Rebecca Sweetman.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm.
He is survived by his sons, Paul (Vanessa) Penick, Chris Penick; brothers, Mark (Christine) Penick, Dan (Lynn) Penick, Timothy (Billie) Penick; and sisters, Robin (Timothy) Hamann, Rebecca Sweetman.
