John N. Lantis

LANTIS, John N., age 62, of Miamisburg, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 3, 2009 at Kettering Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Sherry; step-children, Ashley; Michael and his fiancée, Danielle; Sandy, and James ; siblings, George, Rebecca (Phil), Bill, and Katherine (Arnie); step-grandchildren, Kyliee, Kloe, Jimmy, Debbie, David, and Rachel; several step-great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Lantis, first wife, Norma Lantis; siblings, Judith Parker, Jerry Lantis, and sister-in-law, Delores Lantis. John enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time and was dearly loved by his family and friends. Family will receive friends from 4:30pm – 6:00pm Friday, May 8, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Memorial services will follow at 6:00pm.
