John R. Murphy, age 71, of Kettering, OH passed away Monday February 10, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Stella and Frank Rice.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Murphy; children, Brian (Michelle) Murphy, Kevin (Laura) Murphy, and Erin Murphy; grandchildren, Lauren (Donn) Rutherford, Josh (Cortney) Murphy, Katie Murphy, Jaryd Murphy, Ryan Murphy, and A.J. Murphy; siblings, Terry (Kathie) Rice, Connie (Rick) Jones, and Jack (Diane) Rice; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Sunday February 16, 2014 from 1pm to 3pm with funeral service starting at 3pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
