John Joachim Miller

John Joachim Miller "Papa John", age 68 of Dayton, passed away July 31, 2020. He was born February 24, 1952 in Richland County, South Carolina to the late Walter and Kathryn Miller.
John is survived by his life partner, Linda Sue Jessie; John's children: Julie Miller and Dr. Autumn Dae Miller; Linda's children: Freda Dawn Binder, Amanda Hyatt and Kayla Fryer. He is also survived by his sister, Anne Miller Reeb of Christoval, Texas and her children and grandchildren; many other family members and friends.
John worked for Ohio Metal before selling Insurance for many years. Later he enjoyed being a courier for Advance Auto Parts. John loved going out to eat, watching movies at home with Linda "Ladyefaire" and he loved everything about the Renaissance Era; music, jousting, skits, etc. John was raised Catholic and graduated from Chaminade Catholic High School.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 am on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 220 W Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton. Father Beniot Mukamba, Celebrant.
