John M. Meyers

John M. "Jack" Meyers, age 91 of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital South. He was born July 11, 1931 in New York City, New York the son of the late John and Beulah Meyers.

Jack was a graduate of Admiral Farragut Military Academy and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He went on to work at United Aircraft Products and then Day-Tec Tool for many years. He coached high school baseball at Fairmont High School and worked with various youth sports groups. He was an avid and loyal fan of the Dayton Dragons and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He will be remembered for the smile he always wore on his face, his silly humor and the many lives he touched. Jack was a loving husband, father and friend who will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Trishia White.

Jack is survived by his wife, Rebecca "Becky"; children, Jack (Candy) Meyers Jr. & Joshua (Heidi) Meyers and sister-in-law, Marie Brown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Dayton Heart Association in Jack's honor.
