John Patrick Leach "Pat" age 80 of Dayton, passed away October 23, 2016. He was born May 22, 1936 in West Liberty, KY to the late John D. and Beulah Leach. In addition to his parents, Pat was preceded in death by his daughter, Ginny Duckro; granddaughter, Audrey Rene Gwin; and 4 sisters.
Pat is survived his wife of 57 years, Patti Leach; children: Kenneth (Chris) Weese; Cherie Gwin and Joanie (Jeff) Babb; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 12 noon.
Pat's family would like to extend a very special thank you to nurse, Monica; aides: Kim and Sarah, social worker, Josh and all the staff at Hospice of Dayton for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Pat's memory to The Hospice of Dayton.
