John Scott Lavielle

John Scott LaVielle, age 64 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022. He was born March 10, 1958 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Charles and Helen LaVielle.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donna LaVielle; and brother, Mark LaVielle.
John is survived by his daughter, Erin Maize; son, Sean (Emily) LaVielle; two brothers, Tom and Bruce LaVielle; two sisters, Lynne Rogers and Carol (Willie) Hampton. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
John retired from the City of Dayton as a street maintenance supervisor and he even won the "Snow Plow" rodeo a few times. He was an avid Steelers fan and loved watching and attending NASCAR races. He also enjoyed golf and bowling. John is well loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 5:30 pm. Family will receive guests for one hour prior to the service.
